What do we provide?
As a home watch service, we provide a visual inspection of a home or property looking for obvious issues. Our services include inspecting the interior and exterior of the home, as well as additional services upon request.
Interior Service
You want to be able to know your home is functioning and safe while you’re away. That’s why we do a thorough walkthrough of the property to ensure it is running smoothly. Here are some of the items on our interior checklist:
- Roof leak inspections
- Run water in all areas
- Ensure security system is functioning
- Inspect for any obvious pest presence
- Check for proper A/C and humidity settings

Exterior Service
Florida weather can be quite temperamental, especially in the summertime. We know the importance of keeping up with the outside of the home as well as the interior. We have a complete list of items we make sure to check assuring all looks good from the roof down to the landscaping.
- Collect all mail
- Monitor landscaping
- Perform visual inspection of siding, roof, and gutters for obvious issues
- Check pool and spa, if applicable, for obvious issues

Your home is an asset, and you want to make sure it is functioning properly while you are away. Hoffmann Home Watch is a licensed business with Sun Biz, bonded, insured, and accredited. We take pride in providing a quality service you can count on.
If your home is left unattended for long periods of time there are many things that can go wrong. A small water leak or a malfunctioning A/C could turn into a major issue if not addressed. This is why you need a service professional who is consistent and knowledgeable about these potential problems and can help find a solution.
At Hoffmann Home Watch we provide you with a checklist of items that will be inspected during every visit. Upon our completion of the checklist, you will be notified that we visited and will receive a write up of any findings. We are trained and accredited through the National Home Watch Association, who has been setting the Gold Standard for the Home Watch industry since 2009.
